CEO of the Porirua-based iwi authority, Helmut Modlik, said that they needed a proven system that would enable them to deliver services using their Mauri Ora model of care, where people can ‘enter through any service door’ and get what they need.

It doesn’t just make it easier for whānau to access and navigate our services, but also reduces the burden on our team from disconnected services and systems that are cumbersome and outdated. Vital to implementing our Mauri Ora model is having fit for purpose systems to support our work and enable Mauri Ora in action.
