Our vision is an interconnected health and social care ecosystem with people and whānau at the centre.
Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Noted was founded by Scott Pearson in October 2015 to realise ideas he had developed to capture and report on pragmatic clinical outcomes.
He saw access to this data as being important to inform clinical practice and resource allocation, with opportunities to improve outcomes and efficiency of care.
Scott realised that it would only be possible to capture enough data if the system also made the lives of staff much easier. Noted didn’t just have to revolutionise note taking; it also needed to take a fresh look at client management in its entirety.
Our vision is an interconnected health and social care ecosystem with people and whānau at the centre.
Our mission is to support and empower organisations across Aotearoa with technology that improves their impact and effectiveness in delivering care to their communities and whānau.

Our customers love Noted
“When we looked at Noted, we were blown away by how it would allow us to manage the care of our whānau from a unified system while also allowing us to capture and report on the data we need, including our progress towards key strategic goals.”
Geoff Milner
“As a resource constrained not for profit we are unable to meet the increasing demand for our services by simply hiring more people. We have had to scale by creating efficiencies, doing more with the same resources – that’s where Noted comes in.”
Martin Bremner
“We struggled with trying to manage multiple contracts and reporting back to funders who all need different information. We were using a range of different databases and very complex spreadsheets to manage our client data, and generating any reporting from this was a very time consuming and difficult task to complete each month.”
Chris Rosenbrock
“I’m so glad we found Noted, I don’t know how we would have done it otherwise.”
Te Puea Winiata
“Noted was like a breath of fresh air because our previous system was so antiquated, so old and so unintuitive.”
Rhonda Preston-Jones
“The support we receive from Scott and the Noted team is amazing. They are with us every step of the way, and there are just so many possibilities through Noted that we continue to uncover.”
Robin Kerr
“Thanks, thanks, thanks for making life a little easier. #datasaveslives”
Lesley Molia
“The online access to client data in Noted has streamlined my workflow. I can easily find my way around the data and system which allows me to work faster and be more informed when out on the road.”
Paul Miller
“Our workers' time is so precious and we have so many whaiora to support - so having the Noted support available to us and the way the system works to create efficiencies means our teams can spend more time face to face with whaiora and less time on admin tasks.”
