Establishing your requirements

During the discovery process we meet with key stakeholders in your organisation to understand your organisational structure, current workflow, systems you rely on, and what other relevant factors we need to consider.

We also create a project plan, document sign-off processes and stakeholder engagement plan.

Meeting your high-level business needs

The Global Business Requirements process is to ensure that your organisation has its high-level needs met. This involves understanding global business rules, client pathway, and wellbeing aspects.

Configuring Noted for every team

In Noted, every team is configured so that they have the forms they need to support their workflow and to capture the information they require for operational and reporting purposes.

Our customer success team works with your in-house champion, team leads and managers to ensure that each team is set up to your requirements.

In-house project manager and super user

We require that you nominate at least one of your staff to lead the onboarding internally. They will coordinate your staff and provide us with a point of contact. They will attend meetings and organise training sessions. 

We will work with the super user to ensure that they will become expert users of Noted. They will be responsible for training your staff and post go-live they will ensure that staff are using the platform correctly and provide tier 1 support.

In some cases the project manager and super user may be the same person.

In-depth training materials for every team

We will provide each team with training documentation, tailored to them, for reference and to support the onboarding of future team members.

data-migration

Migrating your data into Noted

We import your data from your existing system(s) to ensure you can continue on seamlessly from where you left off.

During Discovery, we may establish that you require additional services, such as integration with other systems you rely on. You may also require features not yet available in Noted.
