Our vision is to empower people and services to work together for a healthier world

Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Noted was founded by Scott Pearson in October 2015 to realise ideas he had developed to capture and report on pragmatic clinical outcomes.

He saw access to this data as being important to inform clinical practice and resource allocation, with opportunities to improve outcomes and efficiency of care.

Scott realised that it would only be possible to capture enough data if the system also made the lives of staff much easier. Noted didn’t just have to revolutionise note taking; it also needed to take a fresh look at client management in its entirety.

Our vision is to empower people and services to work together for a healthier world.

Our mission is to offer a platform for interconnected health and social services with people and whānau at the centre.
