Case Study: True Colours Children's Health Care Trust

Noted has been supporting True Colours Children’s Health Trust, and its mahi, for the past 18 months. Noted’s Marketing Manager, Deb Stringer, spoke to True Colours Executive Communications Assistant, Michelle Rae, to learn more about the Trust’s experiences with Noted and how it’s supporting the work they do.

Marketing Manager for Noted

True Colours takes a holistic approach to care by walking alongside clients, and their families, as they navigate the far-reaching impacts of a serious health condition.

Noted supports the work they do by enabling them to easily capture information from client sessions, as well as other points of contact such as phone calls and texts.

Michelle says they love Noted as it holds the client’s information in one central system. "Information is easily accessible, making it much simpler to share within the team. It has also assisted us in our plan to move to a paperless system."

Confidentiality and secure storage of client information was an important requirement when the Trust were looking for a new client management solution. When they saw Noted, they knew they were going to be in safe hands.

"Our client’s privacy is really important to us, and we were reassured by Noted’s ability to securely store client information."

Being able to access Noted from anywhere was also important as their mahi finds their team supporting families in client’s homes, at hospital, and at their premises in Hamilton.

"Given Noted is a cloud-based system this allows the team to access a client’s information no matter where they are.

“We love that Noted can be used anywhere; staff don’t need to be in the office to connect to it. This proved invaluable during New Zealand's nationwide Covid-19 lockdown.

“With our old system, our team wouldn’t have been able to access their clients' notes while they worked from home. Noted has allowed our team to keep working efficiently through this unprecedented time," Michelle says.
